Nili brings to her position 15 years of hands-on marketing expertise, acquired in a variety of market sectors. At Hazera, a global Agri-tech leader, she held Marketing and Communications positions and developed her skills at strategizing, branding, digitization, research and business development. There, she led cross organizational projects with multiple interfaces. Nili joined Barantech in 2021, and heads the Marketing department where she implements the CRM system and lead generation processes. She is passionate about revitalizing the company’s branding, a process requiring creativity and broad ranging collaboration throughout the company.

She holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences, Management & Economics and an MBA in Marketing and Advertising, graduating on the Dean’s honors.

Nili is a firm believer that teamwork as well as hard work are the keys to success, and that interactions and collaboration are essential in all aspects of her work, both with customers, colleagues, partners and external parties.
Nili loves to run and sports in general, enjoys good music and traveling around the world.

Izzy is a highly experienced and accomplished technologist with a passion for business. He began his career as a developer, honed his skills and acquired an in depth understanding of the industry. This led Izzy to transition to product management positions, where he put his technical expertise to use in developing and launching successful products. He held various positions both in product management and business development.

Driven by a desire to create something truly impactful, and drawing upon his extensive knowledge of both technology and business, Izzy also founded two start-ups. Both focused on the development of innovative products that addressed real-world needs.

He holds a BA in Computer Science and MBA in International Business.

Izzy brings to Barantech his business savvy, experience and insights, coupled with the personal skills that enable him to lead the company’s business development forward, providing customers with innovative technologies and solutions.
Izzy likes bike riding, hiking and sits on the board of several charities.

As VP of Sales North America, Mike brings to Barantech 25+ years of driving profitable growth within the Industrial/Industrial Automation sector, specializing in the Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Medical Instrumentation, Paint & Coatings, Defense, Semicon, Transportation, and Marine Industries.

He’s a passionate champion of IoT/Connectivity/Digital Transformation solutions that help improve upon existing methods & approaches.

In fact, he can frequently be heard saying:  “Today’s standard is actionable data in real time, that’s what all companies are pursuing, and my job is to help them in that pursuit!”

When not helping customers & partners solve their automation challenges, you can find Mike at the beach or on the water near his home at the NJ shore, where he resides with his wife & children.  Mike’s hobbies include sports, travel, dining out, breweries, consumer electronics, and having studied Meteorology at Kean University, NJ-  he’s a lifelong weather enthusiast who’s always hoping for snow.
